Surya to Hold Fall Ball, Celebrity Meet-and-Greets at High Point

CALHOUN, Ga.--Surya will host a Fall Ball during High Point Market, featuring a live DJ, dancing, fun masks, an open bar and a catered dinner. It will begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14.

In addition, it will also host designer Mike Farrell on Monday, Oct. 15, at 3 p.m. This is in addition to the Candice Olson appearance announced yesterday for this coming Saturday at 2 p.m..

Surya will also offer hot, catered breakfast and lunch every day in its showroom from Saturday, Oct. 13 through Thursday, Oct. 18, and cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 4 p.m. from Saturday through Wednesday. Breakfast foods will include Belgian waffles and French toast, while lunch will include such items as balsamic glazed pork loin, vegetable lasagna, almond crusted chicken and Japchae stir fry, depending on the day.

Surya will be unveiling more than 500 new rugs, pillow, poufs and wall art designs this market.

"We hope this party will set the tone for a very productive but fun market. We want to give everyone a break from their hectic appointment schedules and have a chance to just kick back and enjoy themselves," said Satya Tiwari, president.
