Bernice Bienenstock Furniture Library Closed for Renovation

HIGH POINT-The Bernice Bienenstock Furniture Library will be closed from now until Oct. 22, 2011 while undergoing extensive renovations to better serve its clientele and have easier access to the collection.

The Library is a world-class research center with more than 5,000 volumes in the collection, encompassing all aspects of interior design, furniture design, history and style, architecture, textiles and furniture construction. When the Library re-opens on October 22nd , visitors will see "a fresh new look and be able to explore the world of furniture history with comfort and ease," according to a statement.
