La-Z-Boy to Acquire Two La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Ohio

La-Z-BoyMONROE, Mich.-La-Z-Boy will swing a deal to purchase two La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in the area of Youngstown, Ohio.

The two stores, in the communities of Boardman and Howland, Ohio, account for combined annual revenue of about $6.5 million. They are owned by independent dealers Ron and Marisa D'Alesandro, who are retiring. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

When the deal is closed, which is expected in mid-November, La-Z-Boy's count of company-owned stores will total 98.
