Eco Choice Awards Winners Chosen at NYIGF

NEW YORK-Three exhibitors at last week's New York International Gift Fair were honored with the Eco Choice Awards, which recognize innovative and environmentally responsible gift and home products.

The Growbottle Upcycled HydroGarden by Potting Shed Creations, made from repurposed restaurant wine bottles, received the Most Innovative award. Teatulia Premium 100% Organic Teas, from Teatulia and made entirely of recycled or composted materials, was cited for Most Sensitive Use of Materials. Galison Green Bon Voyage Writer's Notebook by Galison Books received the Most Sellable award, with its use of 100 percent recycled paper.

Sponsored by the Gift Fair and GREENRetailer magazine, the Eco Choice Awards were voted by retailers attending the show, choosing among vendors exhibiting in the SustainAbility: design for a better world display.
