Gladstone Investment Acquires Ginsey Home

MCLEAN, Va.-Ginsey Holdings, parent company of Ginsey Home Solutions, has been acquired by Gladstone Investment Corp. and members of the Ginsey executive management team.

The purchase price was $22.5 million. Gladstone Investment makes debt and equity investments in small and mid-sized businesses for acquisitions, changes in control and recapitalizations. Ginsey Home manufactures and distributes juvenile, pet and adult home furnishings and accessories.

Dave Dullum, president of Gladstone Investment, said, "We look forward to participating in (Ginsey's) continued growth by building on the success and momentum the management team has developed during the past few years."
