IFDA to Present Seminar on Art's Influence on Home Design

NEW YORK-The New York chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA) will present "Home Trends--As Represented by Popularity in Auction & Art," a seminar featuring interior designer Vicente Wolf and Daile Kaplan, vice president and director of photographs at Swann Galleries here.

The session will delve into the influence of art on home furnishings products and interior design, and how auctions act as early indicators of what's to come as far as design trends.

The seminar will be held at Swann Galleries, 104 E. 25th St. here, on Feb. 23 beginning with a networking reception at 6 p.m.
