IMC Restructures Gift+Home Team; Promotes Hershberg
November 20, 2012,
LAS VEGAS-Looking to streamline its gift and home decor team, International Market Centers (IMC) announced several staff changes, including the promotion of Lee Hershberg to vice president of Gift and Home Decor.
Continuing to report to Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift and Home Decor division, Hershberg will manage all category-related leasing efforts to include prospect development, key tenant and prospect account management, and new and renewal leasing activity. Hershberg now has an expanded focus to include gift as well as home decor. He was previously vice president of business development, Home Decor, and had two direct reports: Boyd Tasker and Ron Radin, both leasing directors of Home Decor based in Las Vegas.
Paul Watson, vice president of the Las Vegas Design Center, will assume management of the c-ONE temporaries, working with Dorothy Belshaw and leasing director Keith Davis to launch a merchandised and juried presentation of design-forward, market-time showrooms on C1 for the Summer 2013 market.
In addition, Terence Morris, a 25-year industry veteran who has held positions with AmericasMart in Atlanta and the California Gift Show, will consult with the gift leasing team to accelerate participation by industry leaders at Las Vegas Market.
"We are maximizing team leasing efforts to take best advantage of individual category expertise," said Bob Maricich. "This effort mirrors the strategic development of Gift+Home at Las Vegas Market, and facilitates its growth as the industry's premier western marketplace."
