Seminar Series Slated for Gift Fair

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--The New York International Gift Fair will offer five days of programs which will include educational seminars for both buyers and exhibitors.

Among the topics to be covered by the sessions will be sustainability and fair trade, social media, trends among consumers and colors, marketing and strategies for retailers. Presenting the seminars will be representatives of industry trade publications and associations, retailers, designers, artists and authors. The programs will also include a new feature, a preshow NYIGF orientation webinar for first-time attendees. The Gift Fair will take place August 13 - 18 at New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Passenger Ship Terminal Piers 92 & 94.
