Giliotti Named Interim CEO of Croscill/Ex-Cell/Glenoit

NEW YORK--Emil Giliotti has been named interim chief executive officer of Croscill/Ex-Cell Home Fashions/Glenoit.

Meanwhile, Patriarch Partners, parent of the three home-fashions companies, has begun a search for a successor to Barry Leonard, who left the CEO post and will become president and CEO of Welspun USA on Sept. 6. Giliotti, who is managing director of Patriarch Partners' Consumer Goods Platform, reports to Lynn Tilton, Patriarch Partners' CEO.

Tilton said, "When a new CEO is selected, Emil will offer continued support and guidance to that person as he did to Barry Leonard in the past."
