All-Clad Kicks Off 40th Anniversary

A renowned culinary institution like the James Beard House was the ideal spot to kick off the upcoming anniversary of another culinary icon--All-Clad, which will turn 40 years old next year.

Top chefs such as Ming Tsai, Rene Redzepi, Dan Barber and Daniel Humm were among the guests at the recent All-Clad event, which also included retailers and media. All-Clad was founded in 1971 by metallurgist John Ulam, and bought by Sam Michaels in 1988. Groupe SEB purchased the company in 2004. Details on other happenings surrounding the anniversary are to come.
