Anolon Brand to Sponsor Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival

MeyerVALLEJO, Calif.-Meyer Corp.'s Anolon brand returns as a gold level and exclusive cookware sponsor for the upcoming 13th Annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine. During the festival, Feb. 20-23, Anolon will showcase "Creativity in the Kitchen," a campaign that focuses on the flavors of South Beach, at its booth located at the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village.

The focal point of booth product and recipe demonstrations will be a variation of the popular Cuban sandwich called "medianoche." Attendees will be invited to enter to win Anolon cookware prizes throughout the Festival's duration, and receive a complimentary medianoche recipe.

In addition, the "Creativity in the Kitchen" campaign will also be mirrored on Anolon's Facebook Page, providing followers a chance to win prizes every day of the festival and a grand prize on March 5. Additionally, Anolon will welcome two guest food bloggers each day to the Festival to post and tweet about Anolon's "Creativity in the Kitchen" on Facebook and Twitter.

Anolon cookware spotlighted at the Festival includes: Anolon Nouvelle Copper, Anolon Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel, Anolon Tri-Ply, Anolon Advanced and Anolon Advanced Bronze.

The festival is a four-day food and wine extravaganza and features a dynamic line-up of signature culinary events, soirees and exclusive chef-driven dinners. It is hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU). The festival benefits FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center, and to date, the festival has raised more than $18 million for the school.
