Bergquist Named President, CEO of Progressive International

KENT, Wash.-Progressive International has promoted Kurt Bergquist to president and CEO.
Bergquist, who began in his new roles effective July 1, succeeds Bill Reibl. A Progressive statement credited Reibl with for establishing "a strong competitive platform and reputation for innovation." Progressive cited Reibl's opening of a Hong Kong office for the company, which provided "very strong sourcing capabilities and a long history of close partnerships with leading Chinese manufacturers."
Bergquist has been with Progressive for more than 10 years. He began in an advisory capacity and was named senior vice president of corporate development last year.
