Circulon Cooks! iPad App Wins Gold Davey Award

VALLEJO, Calif.-The Circulon Cooks! iPad app from Meyer has received a Gold Award for creative in the Mobile category in the 2011 Davey Awards. Overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), the Davey Awards recognizes creative excellence and best work among the "Davids" of the world - smaller firms, agencies and companies who derive their strength from big ideas, rather than "Goliath-style" big budgets.

Released earlier this year, the app targets consumers interested in improving or enhancing their eating habits and cooking skills, and included videos, seasonal recipes, links to Circulon offers and promotions and more. The app has recently been refreshed with new fall season recipes, with a Thanksgiving menu recipe update scheduled to launch on Nov. 15, and more to come in December.
