Co-Founder Dua Leaves Head Chefs

ISELIN, N.J.-Greg Dua, who co-founded Fiesta Products seven years ago with Ed Bloom, has left the company to pursue other interests. In addition, the company has formally changed its name to Head Chefs LLC, which reflects its primary line of kitchen tools and food prep items for kids.

Last May, the company went through a corporate restructuring and growth capital investment, and at that time Dua decided to leave the company and remain on as a consultant during the transition with the new owners. That period ended last month, and John Mazzacco, formerly the chief marketing officer, has assumed Dua's duties and has become CEO.

"After seven years of extraordinary accomplishment, we know you will join us in a heartfelt farewell to Greg, an admired and valued colleague, whose vision, hard work, support, and passion will be sorely missed at Head Chefs," the company said in a statement. "We wish Greg the best as he embarks on his new endeavors."

Dua said, "I have made countless friends and colleagues around the world and have many wonderful memories which will always make me smile; I would not change any aspect of the experience."
