Crock-Pot Debuts Slow-Cooker Recipe Contest

Crock-Pot logoWEBPARSIPPANY, N.J.-Jarden's Crock-Pot small-electrics brand has launched the second annual Crock-Pot Slow Cookin' Recipe Contest, in conjunction with B&G Foods.

Participants can submit their own slow-cooker recipes using one of the Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes until Nov. 14. The winner will be determined through Facebook votes and input from a panel of B&G judges, and will be announced on Nov. 21. The winning entry will receive free groceries valued at $8,500 for a year.

In addition, the grand-prize winner will have the opportunity to present his or her original recipes and slow-cooker usage tips on a dedicated page found on the Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes website, crockpotseasonings.com.
