Fagor Takes Part in Caesar's Palace Food University

LYNDHURST, N.J.-Fagor participated in last weekend's Caesar's Palace Food University as the official induction cooktop sponsor for the "foodie camp."

A Fagor statement said induction cooking works 50 percent faster than gas or electric cooktops.

The event was hosted by Robin Leach, co-founder of the Food Network, and featured classes from celebrity chefs Duff Goldman, Francois Payard, Frank Pellegrino Jr., Hell's Kitchen: Season 10 winner Christina Wilson and Steve Martorano.
