Hearthware Adds Velasquez to Culinary Team

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.-Chef Krystle Velasquez has been named to join the culinary team at Hearthware.

Velasquez is responsible for testing and developing recipes for the company's NuWave Pro Infrared Oven and the NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop. She will also appear in online instructional videos that will demonstrate recipes using both appliances. She reports to Gene H. Kim, Hearthware's vice president.

Prior to joining Hearthware, Velasquez was kitchen manager for JFH Educational Academy. She has more than five years of experience working in professional kitchens.
