Heuck Promotes Two; Readies Zeroca Launch

WEST CHESTER, Ohio-Housewares company M.E. Heuck has named Pat Daley vice president of sales and Subharao Sunkara vice president of sourcing and purchasing, a new position, effective earlier this month. They both report to Chris McCarthy, president.

Previously its eastern regional sales manager, Daley took over as national sales manager last year. Sunkara was formerly Heuck's director of sourcing and "as we continue to explore new business opportunities for M.E. Heuck his role will continue to expand," said McCarthy.

"Both Pat and Subharao have been very instrumental in the growth of the M.E. Heuck Co. and as we look into 2012 and beyond, they will continue to drive our business forward," said McCarthy.

For the International Home + Housewares Show in March, M.E. Heuck will reintroduce its Zeroca line of cookware and kitchen gadgets, which is certified by First Carbon Solutions and the CarbonNeutral Company as having a net zero carbon footprint. Its brands include Prestige and Select, and include stainless steel cookware and gadgets. Products are made of 100 percent recycled steel and responsibly farm-managed bamboo handles.
