KitchenAid Offers Kitchen Products in Cook for the Cure Effort

BENTON HARBOR, Mich.-As part of its ongoing Cook for the Cure initiative, KitchenAid is offering a selection of pink kitchen products to generate donations for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the global breast-cancer initiative.

The products include pink silicone spatulas, mixing bowls and 5-quart Stand Mixers, available in all pink or white with a pink trim band. These products will generate donations of up to $50 each when purchased and registered. The small-appliances brand is also offering bonus attachments by mail with the purchase of 5-quart and 6-quart Stand Mixers from participating retailers and, through May 29. A choice of a Rotor Slicer/Shredder or Food Grinder is available free with the purchase of select 5-quart models, while a bonus ice-cream maker attachment is offered with the purchase of select 6-quart models.

KitchenAid has also initiated a Pass the Plate component of Cook for the Cure. In this, a $5 donation is generated each time an individually numbered Villeroy & Boch serving plate is passed to someone and then registered at Priced at $24.99, the plate is available at and Villeroy & Boch stores.
