Leonard to Become Groupe SEB Sr. EVP of Finance

ECULLY CEDEX, France-Groupe SEB has named Vincent Leonard to become senior executive vice president in charge of finance.

Leonard will assume his new role on June 1, and will succeed Jean-Pierre Lac, who will retire on that date. He will oversee the housewares giant's finances and report directly to Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise, chairman and CEO.

Prior to his appointment, Leonard worked at PepsiCo in finance positions in France, England, Hong Kong and at the company's United States headquarters. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked in executive positions for Arthur Andersen.

Lac has held the post of senior executive vice president of finance at Groupe SEB for 12 years.
