MINEOLA, N.Y.-Lifetime Brands is being honored today by Nassau County, including the renaming of Endo Boulevard here to Lifetime Brands Boulevard.

The company has also been designated Business of the Month for May by the county, where its headquarters are located. The citing includes a ceremony today during which County Executive Ed Mangano will tour the company's facility, along with members of the county's Office of Economic Development Business Development Unit. Lifetime Brands is the second business honored under the Business of the Month program, which debuted in April.

Jeffrey Siegel, chairman, president and CEO of Lifetime Brands, said the company is honored by both the Business of the Month designation and the renaming of Endo Boulevard as Lifetime Brands Boulevard. "Lifetime Brands has been part of the Long Island community for 18 years, and we look forward to many more prosperous years ahead," Siegel said.
