Miele Introduces First Microwave to U.S. Market

PRINCETON, N.J.-Miele has unveiled the Chef Series microwave oven, its first microwave in the United States market.

The product comes with a trademarked Clean Touch Steel finish, which resists fingerprints and scratches, and can be cleaned with soap and water, according to a company statement. Miele described the finish as "a genuine stainless steel" that requires no special polishes or cleaners.

In addition, the Chef Series microwave is designed with a keep-warm function, 11 automatic programs and a programmable memory that helps stage meals.
