Pastry Chef James Mullaney to Demonstrate Silpat in Atlanta

CRANBURY, N.J.-Executive Pastry Chef James Mullaney will demonstrate the Silpat line of non-stick baking mats at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market in the HIC Showroom on Jan. 11, 2013 from 3-3:30 p.m.
Mullaney will prepare recipes including baked barbecue chicken wings, baked brie en croute, handmade cheese pizza and pecan pralines using the Silpat line, made by Sasa Demarle. All attendees will also automatically be entered in the running for a chance to win a CDU of the Silpat U.S. Half Size, worth $300.
