STAMFORD, Conn.-Mary Rodgers, director of marketing communications for the Cuisinart and Waring brands, recently presented the Book of the Year Award at the International Association of Culinary Professionals' (IACP) awards ceremony.

Rodgers gave the award to Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi for their book, "Jerusalem: A Cookbook," a collection of 120 recipes that explores the flavors of Jerusalem, their home city. The recipes encompass cuisine of the Muslim, Jewish and Christian communities that make up Jerusalem.

The ceremony took place at the 35th annual IACP Conference in San Francisco's Hyatt Embarcadero. Cuisinart has been a long-time supporter of IACP.
