Spectrum's Lumley Elected to Husqvarna Board

MIDDLETON, Wis.-Husqvarna, the outdoor power products manufacturer, has elected Dave Lumley, president and CEO of Spectrum Brands, to its board of directors.
Lumley joined Spectrum, parent of the Remington personal-care brand and the Russell Hobbs line of small kitchen appliances, in 2006 as president, North America. He was named co-chief operating officer and president of the Global Batteries and Personal Care businesses in 2007, and became president and CEO in 2010.
