TeleBrands, Viatek Unite to Market Viatek Products

CHICAGO--TeleBrands and Viatek Consumer Products have reached an agreement for TeleBrands to market and distribute globally four Viatek products launching at the International Home + Housewares Show.

 

The four products have yet to be specified by either company. Lou Lentine, president of Viatek, said the products will be announced in the next 30 days.

 

A.J. Khubani, founder of TeleBrands, said all four products will have two-minute infomercials, and that two of the products will have additional 30 minute infomercials.There will be a test period to begin, Khubani said, and if the tests work, then the infomercials will be offered on cable and network television stations, along with syndication.

"We have a good synergy," Khubani said, speaking of the two companies. "Viatek has tremendous products and is a very strong product developer, and we're strong at marketing products."
