Viking Range Launches First Coffeemaker

Viking's Professional Coffee MakerViking's Professional Coffee Maker

GREENWOOD, Miss.-Viking Range has formally entered the coffeemaker product category with the debut of its Viking Professional Coffee Maker.

The new product, the first coffeemaker ever offered by the company, features a trademarked brewing system called Sure-Temp, which ensures that the coffeemaker works at the proper brewing temperature. Its 12-cup thermal stainless steel carafe keeps coffee warm for hours, according to a Viking Range statement. It also has a programmable display with a clock, whose functions include timed brewing and a cup select, which enables the user to brew from four to 12 cups.

Other features include a trademarked Brew Break function, which allows the user to pour a cup of coffee without waiting for the brewing to finish. It also has a hot-water bypass feature, enabling the user to brew tea without a residual coffee taste.
