Wallenberg Re-elected Electrolux Chairman; McLoughlin Joins Board

STOCKHOLM-Marcus Wallenberg has been re-elected chairman of the board of AB Electrolux, the parent company of the Electrolux brand.

In addition, Keith McLoughlin, president and CEO, was elected to the company's board at yesterday's annual general meeting. McLoughlin succeeded Hans Straberg as president and CEO on Jan. 1.

Wallenberg has served on the Electrolux board since 2005. McLoughlin, who joined Electrolux in 2003, had been chief operations officer for major appliances before assuming his current posts.
