Williams Sonoma exteriorSAN FRANCISCO—Williams-Sonoma Inc. has launched a free design service across all eight of its nameplates that can help customers with decorating, renovating, entertaining, cooking and gift giving.

The Design Crew, as the service is known, is available at Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation and West Elm.

“Innovation that best serves our customers’ needs in-store and online is our priority, and the new Design Crew allows us to provide customers with outstanding service and a range of aesthetics and products across all of our brands at the same time,” said Laura Alber, president and CEO of Williams-Sonoma Inc. “The Design Crew experience enables us to maximize our competitive advantage of diverse brands, grow our in-store and online businesses, and further our commitment to provide outstanding service to our customers.”

The Design Crew can book a complimentary appointment to gather ideas, inspiration, paint and fabric recommendations; measure and create custom floor plans; help plan a party or organize a closet; and, for a fee, can have installers assemble furniture, hang drapes, mount a TV or paint walls.
