Dallas Lighting Market Kicks Off Today

DALLAS-The Dallas International Lighting Market opened today as the industry poured into the Dallas Market Center to see countless new lighting introductions and trends.

Murray Feiss will show sophisticated designs in warm finishes, in such new collections as Justine and Arabesque.

Crystorama is debuting its Dorian Webb by Crystorama line. Webb, a designer of Venetian glass jewelry and high-end lighting, partnered with the company to offer the new collection featuring signature jewelry elements.

Progress Lighting has released its new make-to-order collections, for which consumers can choose from a number of fabrics, finishes and patterns.

Numerous events are on the schedule. Tonight the lighting cocktail party will be held from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. at the Grand Pavilion on the first floor of the Trade Mart. Tomorrow, Nora Lighting is having its 20th anniversary party in its Dallas Market showroom, #301-3, from 5 to 7 p.m. At 6 p.m., the ARTS awards cocktail party will take place at the Grand Pavilion on the first floor of the Trade Mart. The 21st annual ARTS awards gala is scheduled for Saturday, 6:30 p.m. at the Grand Pavilion at the Trade Mart.
