NEW YORK-Lighting company Flos has named Jim Toole vice president and general manager of the Flos architectural division in the U.S., a new position at the company.

Toole, who reports to Jan Vingerhoets, CEO of Flos USA, most recently served as director of specification product sales at Cooper Lighting.

"At Flos, we have robust architectural and decorative lines as well as the unique opportunity of offering high tech solutions with an artisanal flair," Vingerhoets said. "Jim Toole eats, sleeps and breathes lighting and really knows the North American market; he's the right person to continue the growth of Flos' architectural division in the U.S."
