Sixth Annual LEDucation Opens Registration

NEW YORK-LEDucation, an event dedicated to advancing the education of the lighting community on LED technology, has opened its registration for this year's event. Organized by the Designers Lighting Forum (DFL) of New York, it will take place Wednesday, March 21, at the Hotel Pennsylvania here.
The seminars and expo will begin at 10 a.m. Session topics will include "LED Standards Update & Energy Star," "LED in the Retail Environment," "LED's: The Move to a Digital World;" and "LED Control: Turn Off the Dark;" all are eligible for Continuing Educational Units (CEU). In conjunction with the seminars, a special exposition is available for attendees to view the latest LED luminaires, controls and energy efficient designs and advancements from more than 95 leading LED manufacturers, and is open until 8 p.m. Last year's event saw an attendance of more than 1,800.
If DLF or Illuminating Engineering Society of North America members pre-register, there is no charge to attend. Otherwise it costs $25 onsite.
