Aguilar to Leave as hhgregg CFO

INDIANAPOLIS-Jeremy Aguilar has resigned as chief financial officer and secretary of specialty retailer hhgregg.
Aguilar's resignation will take effect on Jan. 31. An hhgregg statement said he is leaving to pursue a similar role with another company, which was unnamed in the statement. He served with hhgregg for the past eight years.
The hhgregg board said it will begin a search for a new chief financial officer. Andrew Giesler, senior vice president of finance, will serve as the interim chief financial officer and secretary.
