Balagna Tabbed to Head Sears Holdings IT

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.-Sears Holdings has named Jeff Balagna executive vice president and chief information officer.
Balagna has thus assumed charge over Sears Holdings' technology and infrastructure initiatives in its stores and support centers. He reports to the company's Information & Technology Group board, and has succeeded Keith Sherwell, who left Sears Holdings to pursue other opportunities.
