Bukawyn Appointed to Head Global Licensing for MSLO

NEW YORK-Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has named Ann Casey Bukawyn to the newly created position of executive vice president of global licensing, part of the company's effort to increase its retail presence beyond North America.

Bukawyn has assumed charge over expanding the Martha Stewart brand and other brands in MSLO's portfolio into global markets beyond the United States and Canada. She reports to Lisa Gersh, president and chief operating officer, who said Bukawyn will work closely with her, Martha Stewart and Patsy Pollack, senior executive vice president of merchandising, to expand MSLO's international presence.

Before joining MSLO, Bukawyn was president of licensing for Perry Ellis International. Prior to that, she was with Liz Claiborne Inc., where she served most recently as president of bridge brands.
