Container Store Files Registration for IPO

The Container StoreDALLAS-The Container Store Group has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.

The common stock is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TCS," according to a statement from the specialty retailer. The number of shares in the IPO and their price range have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities is acting as co-manager.
