Davis Named Walmart Treasurer

BENTONVILLE, Ark.-Jeff Davis has been promoted to senior vice president and treasurer of Walmart Stores.

Davis will succeed Charles Holley, who was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Both Davis and Holley will assume their new roles on Dec. 1. Davis will oversee treasury operations, capital markets, investor relations and risk management.

Davis is currently senior vice president of finance and strategy. He joined Walmart in 2006 as vice president of finance for the retailer's U.S. health and wellness merchandising unit.
