Huckins Named Sears Corporate Treasurer

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.-Sears Holdings has appointed Scott Huckins vice president and corporate treasurer.

In his new role, Huckins is responsible for overseeing day-to-day cash management and treasury operations, capital market transactions, balance-sheet and liquidity management, pension-fund assets and obligations, and the implementation of new treasury policies. He reports to Rob Schriesheim, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and succeeds Fred Jasser, who left Sears Holdings to pursue other opportunities.

Before joining Sears Holdings, Huckins was vice president and treasurer of RSC Holdings. Prior to that, he served in a number of posts with Koch Industries, most recently as president and CEO of Koch Financial Products.
