IKEA to Offer Free Coffee March 12

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.-IKEA will offer free cups of coffee (while supplies last) at select high-traffic locations, such as train and metro stations, across the nation on Monday, March 12, the first Monday after Daylight Savings begins, to help local commuters wake up after losing an hour of sleep from switching their clocks ahead.

The fresh, UTZ-certified IKEA coffee giveaway is part of the national IKEA Random Acts of Life Improvement campaign, "aimed to surprise and delight the public with tokens of appreciation to improve everyday moments in their lives," the retailer said. IKEA stores plan to give away more than 10,000 cups of free coffee across the U.S. throughout the morning.
