SAN FRANCISCO-One Kings Lane's board of directors has promoted Dinesh Lathi to CEO.

Lathi succeeds Doug Mack, who left One Kings Lane earlier in April to become CEO of Fanatics, a sports merchandise website.

Previously, Lathi was chief operating and financial officer. He joined the online home retailer in 2011. A statement from One Kings Lane credited him for playing a central role in strategic and operational initiatives, including the launch of One Kings Lane proprietary brands, finance and pricing, inventory management and customer and vendor operations.

Prior to joining One Kings Lane, Lathi served as vice president of eBay North America. He began his career as an investment banker, and worked in the private-equity industry.

Susan Feldman, One Kings Lane's co-founder with Alison Pincus, said, "Dinesh has deep expertise in e-commerce and has demonstrated great passion for our business."
