Lowe's to Open Customer Support Center

MOORESVILLE, N.C.-Lowe's will locate a new customer support center in Indianapolis, investing $20.5 million in purchasing, renovating and equipping the facility.
Measuring 140,000 square feet, the new center will support both stores and Internet sales, delivery services and repair services for Lowe's customers across the nation. It is expected to be in operation in the first quarter of 2015, and will complement the retailer's other support centers in Wilkesboro, N.C., and Albuquerque, N.M. It will create up to 1,000 new jobs by 2016, according to the company.
