DALLAS-Tuesday Morning has designated Michael Rouleau as its permanent CEO. Rouleau had been appointed interim CEO in March.

Rouleau will also continue to serve on the retailer's board of directors, which he joined in November of last year. Prior to becoming interim CEO, he had been president and CEO of Michaels, and his career also includes top-level posts with Lowe's, Office Warehouse (of which he was co-founder) and Target.

Steven Becker, Tuesday Morning's chairman, said, "We have been very pleased with the company's progress under his interim leadership, and we are gratified that he has agreed to lead the company as we work to transform Tuesday Morning."
