Rutenis, Home GMM, Leaves J.C. Penney

PLANO, Texas-Paul Rutenis, senior vice president and general merchandise manager of J.C. Penney's home division, has left the retailer.

Rutenis joined the company in 2011 as divisional merchandise manager of furniture and decorative accessories. He was named general merchandise manager for home in June 2012.

Rutenis' future plans were not announced, nor did J.C. Penney comment on a successor. A J.C. Penney spokesman said, "We thank him for his contributions to the company, and wish him well in his future endeavors."
