In his new role, Ryan manages Aaron's franchise and franchisee organization's relationship with the retailer's corporate office, and oversees the continuing growth of the franchisee organization. Ryan, who joined Aaron's in 1990 as an assistant store manager, was most recently divisional vice president of northern operations. Succeeding him in this post is Henri Rogers, who has been with the company since 1999. Most recently, Rogers was senior regional manager over the Three Rivers region, overseeing the East and West Pittsburgh area.
