Sadove Elected NRF Board Chairman

NEW YORK-Stephen Sadove, chairman and CEO of Saks, has been elected chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the executive committee of the National Retail Federation.

Sadove is succeeding Terry Lundgren, chairman, president and CEO of Macy's. Also, Kip Tindell, chairman and CEO of The Container Store, was elected first vice chairman, treasurer and chairman of NRF's finance committee. HSNi CEO Mindy Grossman was elected second vice chairman and secretary.

Each board officer will serve a two-year term. Along with the officers, newly elected board members include Beth Aberg, president of Random Harvest, Sasha Bopp, CEO of Crate and Barrel, Brendan Hoffman, president and CEO of Bon-Ton Stores, and Ravi Saligram, president and CEO of OfficeMax.
