Watts Named CEO of QVC U.S.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.--Claire Watts, QVC's president of U.S. commerce, has been promoted to the newly created position of chief executive officer, U.S., of QVC.
In her new role, Watts is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of QVC's U.S. business--including the customer-fulfillment services team, the customer service and distribution departments--and oversees teams responsible for merchandising, programming, marketing, affiliate sales, broadcasting, QVC.com, consumer insights and quality and supply chain. She reports to Mike George, QVC's president and CEO.
