AmericasMart Awards Visual Creativity at Market

ATLANTA-AmericasMart celebrated visual excellence in both permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits at the recent Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, which ends tomorrow, along with the Atlanta International Area Rug Market, featuring the National Oriental Rug Show, which ended on Sunday.
Thirty-three permanent showrooms and exhibitors in 18 temporary product collections, plus Best of Show Temporaries, received AmericasMart's Visual Display Award (VDA), which recognizes excellence in visual presentation, use of space, product placement and overall composition. Judging was conducted and winners selected by independent design and retail visual merchandising experts with decades of combined experience.
Seasons Designs (16-E-8), Ibolili (14-E-20), Leftbank Art (13-D-6), Urban Trends Collection (12-C-5), Four Hands (11-A-1), Art Addiction (10-E-13), Home Source International (9-A-5), Capel (6-F-2),
Marcella (5-C-10), Loloi (4-C-7) and Kaleen (3-C-9). In Bldg. 2, the winners were OneCoast (1800), Torre & Tagus (1715), Cupecoy Design (1639), Glitterville (1500), Candle Impressions (1421), Blue Mountain Arts (1321), A&B Home Group (1201), Kaemingk International (1115), Grace Direct (1030), Bray-Farmer Associates (900), Lifeguard Press (813A), burton + BURTON (721, 728) and Collins Painting & Design, LLC. (612B). In Building 2's West Wing, the winners were Viducci's Garden USA (10-B-85), CRP Products Inc./Mariachi Imports (9-C-88), Salem Baking Company (868B), In the Breeze (767D) and Mint (679).
The temporary visual display winners are New York Graphic Society, Decor FiftyFive, Lowcountry Originals, Aquiesse, Hammond's Candies Since 1920, Freaker USA, Pose-Ez, Nantucket Bike Basket Co., Garden Route, Solmate Socks, Salem Collection, Handmade Expressions, Empress Arts Ltd., Do Not Disturb, Inc., Mariana Distributed by Michal's Imports, Judson Company, Rachel Brown Fowler and 95 & Sunny. Mimex Brands & Labels won Best of Show.
