DALLAS-Loloi Rugs, along with International Market Centers (IMC), will present the seminar Rugs 101 this Sunday, Oct. 14, during the upcoming High Point Market. Geared toward buyers who are new to area rugs or those who want to enter the category, the seminar aims to demystify today's fast-changing area rug business. The free seminar will take place in the International Home Furnishings Center's Green Wing, 11th Floor, Ballroom B, from noon to 1 p.m. and will include lunch.

"Rugs 101" began as a comprehensive brochure and sales tool at Loloi to help sales professionals and their Loloi customers, but due to its success, it was developed into an informative seminar and will be presented by Loloi executive Cyrus Loloi and product development specialists Cherisse Jensen and Emily Lancaster. It will cover the different rug constructions, fiber types and cleaning methods, as well as selecting the right size, identifying the latest trends and more.

"Rugs 101 is for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable selling modern-day rugs to their customers," said Loloi. "We look forward to sharing our expertise and helping new buyers get excited about the quickly evolving, infinitely fashionable world of area rugs."

Seating for the seminar is limited. To make a reservation, email
