Mohawk Home Launches New Interactive Website for Consumers
September 7, 2012,
SUGAR VALLEY, Ga.-Mohawk Home has enhanced its online presence for consumers with the relaunch of the company's new website, mohawkhome.com, which is within the Mohawk Flooring Group's website.
Now the site has an interactive guide to help consumers choose and incorporate rugs into their decor as well as a rug buying guide that offers information on selecting an area rug, color tips and more. In the new integrated product search of all of Mohawk's area, accent and bath rugs and doormats, searches can be saved for future reference or the consumer can choose to buy the rug immediately and will be linked to a retailer for that rug. The site also includes the newly launched Mohawkhomescapes blog (mohawkhomescapes.com), where industry experts and professional designers will contribute pieces on color trends, outdoor living and more.
"Our new website focuses on a foundation of inspiration and knowledge for all consumers. We want our guest to have a trusted source for research, a place to be inspired, and ultimately find the perfect rug or doormat in one easy-to-navigate site," said Jennifer Palmer, director of e-commerce for Mohawk Home. "Extensive video content, links to retailers selling Mohawk products, and in-depth product descriptions are just a few of the categories we've enhanced on our new site. We want to say 'welcome home' to our loyal customers; they don't need to browse anywhere else."
