Rizzy Home Adds Personnel; Releases Catalog

CALHOUN, Ga.--Rizzy Home has named Kevin Welch national sales manager, as well as added two new territory sales representatives and released an expanded catalog for 2013.

Based in Dallas, Welch was hired in October 2012 as regional sales and national accounts manager, and has numerous years of sales and management experience with both Karastan and Oriental Weavers. He will now be tasked with overseeing Rizzy's sales team as well as handling certain key accounts.

In addition, Rizzy Home has hired Rich Schaefer to cover the state of Connecticut; Schaefer has 25 years of experience in the flooring industry and will be specializing in flooring and furniture stores, as well as design customers for Rizzy. Also joining the Rizzy team is Elizabeth Keegan, who will be based in Los Angeles and cover South Central California; Keegan will focus on key retail, design and hospitality accounts.

The company also released its catalog for the year, now in an expanded size: 11 inches square from the former 8.5-by-11-inch size. The new layout has more information and large formatted photography. The catalog also features a new introduction section showcasing Rizzy's history and passion for production and design, a 2013 Style and Trend section and an informative glossary that explains simple rug construction terminology, as well as hundreds of new product introductions.

 Rizzy Home will be exhibiting in its new showroom next week at Las Vegas Market, located in A-444.
